Lek remains committed to supporting education and scientific research. They believe that science should be accessible to everyone, so they strive to bring science closer to young children through various activities and support for projects such as the Children's Lab at Pionirski dom.

The Children's Lab will give children aged 4 to 12 the opportunity to learn more about science, biochemistry, physics, technology, engineering and mathematics. The laboratory is equipped with professional equipment, microscopes, compounds, reagents, an interactive 3D periodic table and a library of scientific literature designed for children.

Robert Ljoljo, President of the Lek Board of Management and Sandoz Country President Slovenia, emphasized at the opening event that we need to spark an interest in science in young people as early as possible. "We are building the foundations for a future full of curiosity, innovation and scientific breakthroughs. When children explore and discover the world of science in a fun and interactive way, they develop their cognitive skills, critical thinking ability and creativity. At Lek, we support young talent at all levels of education because we believe that fostering curiosity and a love of science are key to the development and progress of our society." At the opening ceremony, Lek’s associates performed experiments and guided children through various scientific procedures, introducing them to the magical world of science in an accessible and engaging way.

Talent management is one of Lek's priorities and the company believes that an interest in science should be recognized and encouraged from an early age. They support the development of critical thinking and innovation through various activities at all levels of the education system, thus contributing to the creation of a more knowledge-based society.
