Lek has been awarded the prestigious Most Reputable Employer title for the fourth year in a row by the employment portal MojeDelo.com. According to the participants in the employer reputation survey, Lek earned the highest scores in five categories and emerged as the overall winner.

According to Robert Ljoljo, President of the Board of Management of Lek and Sandoz Country President Slovenia, Lek's high reputation is the result of many years of building a strong and cohesive team and continuously improving the working environment: "I believe that every associate represents the company and builds on our reputation, so I would like to thank each and every one for contributing to making us the most reputable employer. At Lek, we have been committed to creating a supportive and high-quality work environment based on inclusion and diversity for many years. We are building a strong and inspiring culture of highly motivated associates, fostering innovation and continuously investing in employee development. We strive to create a working environment where associates can reach their full potential, which is regularly recognized  even outside the company."

One of Lek's core values is to nurture diversity, inclusion and equity, which are the foundation for creativity and the success of teams in tackling challenges. Our many practices ensure a work environment where associates – whatever their personal circumstances or potential limitations – are valued for their abilities and their contribution to our common goal.

In creating a modern work environment tailored to the needs of its associates, the most reputable employer prides itself on innovative ways of working, as well as digital P&O practices and tools. For years, the company has been supporting hybrid working and embracing an unbossed culture, giving it the agility it needs to grow in the challenging pharmaceutical market. With the recent announcement of a 400-million-dollar investment in a high-tech center for the production of biosimilars, the company plans to create 300 new jobs, further strengthening its position as one of the most important employers in Slovenia.
