The year 2002 was a major turning point for Lek – the takeover by the Swiss firm Servipharm AG, which is 100% owned by Novartis Pharma AG, was completed.
The takeover was carefully planned and conducted throughout in agreement with the Lek Managing Board. Despite the tense negotiations and complications which occurred in the public eye, the public invitation to tender for the purchase of Lek shares achieved a high level of shareholder support. More >>
