Lek once again recognized as the most reputable employer

- The title of the most reputable employer is awarded by the recruitment portal MojeDelo.com, which evaluates the reputation of Slovenian companies among the candidates on the labor market.

Once again and for the third time in a row, Lek has been chosen as the most reputable employer in Slovenia according to the participants of MojeDelo.com portal’s evaluation of employers’ reputation. In the research, candidates in the labor market selected Lek as the absolute winner and the winner in all individual categories.
The award was accepted on behalf of Lek by Robert Ljoljo, President of the Board of Management of Lek and Novartis Country President Slovenia. In his acceptance speech, he emphasized the well-coordinated and dedicated team that is behind the title of the most reputable employer: “The biggest thanks go to all our associates with whom we are building our reputation every day. For many of us, including me, Lek is the first and only employer of our career. That alone is already a special kind of praise for the company as an employer. The title of the most reputable employer thus confirms that we have made the right decision and that together we are creating a unique story. This story is based on strong values of innovation, courage, integrity and diversity and inclusiveness. We are building a solid and inspiring culture of curious and motivated associates, who are a prerequisite for the development and success of the company. Our goal is to create a work environment for every individual that will enable them to unleash their talent and creativity and reach their potential.
