Lek Pharmaceutical appoints Financial Advisor

Ljubljana, 28 October – Lek Pharmaceutical and Chemical Company d.d. is pleased to announce the appointment of SG, the investment banking arm of the Societe Generale Group, to act as its advisor. SG will undertake projects which will explore ways of enhancing value for shareholders of the Company including the possibility of the Company establishing a Global Depositary Receipt programme.
