Supervisory Board appointed a new Lek Board of Management
At its meeting, the Supervisory Board of Lek appointed new management board members on the proposal of Zvone Bogdanovski who will succeed Vojmir Urlep on August 2, 2017 in the position of the President of the Lek Board of Management.
The Board of Management will consist of the following members: Daniel Michalek, Head Finance, Samo Roš, Head HR, Ksenija Butenko Černe, Head Legal, Andrej Pardo, Commercial Operations, and Marjan Novak, Workers’ Director.
The term of office of the members of the Board of Management is 5 years.
