New Chairman of the Supervisory Board

During the resumption of the fifth regular meeting on 4 February 1999, the Supervisory Board of Lek d.d. elected with a majority of votes Mr. Peter Filipič, Assistant to the General Manager of Autocommerce, as the new Chairman.
Peter Filipič, MSc.(Econ.), has been a member of Lek’s Supervisory Board since 1996 and represents shareholder interests on the Supervisory Board.
Furthermore, the Supervisory Board adopted the report on sales in 1998, the status report on the implementation of Lek’s corporate strategy, and dealt with other items on the agenda.
