The pharmaceutical company Lek, Verovskova 57, 1526 Ljubljana, in accord with the provisions of article 66 of the ZTVP and the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, informs the public that:
The companies GlaxoSmithKline PLC and SmithKline Beecham Corp., d/b/a filed a suit against Lek Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Lek Services, Inc., USA, and Lek d.d., Ljubljana (hereafter referred to as Lek) with the Wake County Superior Court of North Carolina, USA, on October 10, 2002, to issue a temporary injunction for unfair competitive practices relating to coamoxiclav products. Lek anticipated this action and the suit is in Lek’s judgment completely unfounded.
