Two of the best HR practices  come from Novartis Slovenia

Novartis Slovenia impressed with two HR practices, From Offer to Contract and the Full of Life initiative. From Offer to Contract is an integrated automated solution that speeds up the process from making the offer to signing the employment contract for existing and new employees. The process of adjusting the employment offer, entering data into the system, drawing up the contract, collecting signatures of all stakeholders, etc. used to be a drawn-out affair. Today, the entire recruitment process at Novartis Slovenia is automated and digitalized, and includes the use of e-signatures.

The implementation of this solution brings efficiency and operative excellence to the HR function, and creates a much better user experience both for the managers recruiting new people and for the job candidates.

Meanwhile, the Full of Life program, available to all employees, addresses the questions of mental, physical and social well-being, both at work and in private life. The initiative is key to ensuring the happiness and well-being of our employees and is closely intertwined with other initiatives related to our organizational culture, such as diversity and inclusiveness and intergenerational collaboration. In line with the digital strategy of Novartis Slovenia, the Full of Life initiative was also launched on-line and on internal digital tools, which made it even more accessible to all employees.
